Welcome to the EDS U.S. Public Sector small business web site for the Department of Homeland Security's EAGLE program. EDS will review information from small businesses that are interested in joining the EDS team for this exciting and important program. This site is your entry point, taking you through the process of communicating your company's value statement and capabilities as they relate to helping the EDS team support the work of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

DHS is establishing multiple IT Support Service contracts in five functional areas:

  • Infrastructure Engineering Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration
  • Operations and Maintenance
  • Independent Test, Validation, Verification, and Evaluation
  • Software Development
  • Management Support Services

DHS intends to provide specific technical requirements at the task order level.

EDS has an avid interest in working with small businesses to strengthen and promote DHS programs. EDS believes, like DHS, that EAGLE will provide the greatest amount of flexibility possible to efficiently and effectively support the government's needs.

To help expedite the process, the EDS U.S. Public Sector Small Business Office will be the point of contact and center of information for small businesses wanting to be part of the EDS DHS EAGLE team. When contacting our Small Business Office, please consider that there are two primary differentiators for Small Business participation with EDS on the EAGLE contract:

  • Prior experience with DHS and/or relevant past performance in functional categories specified above
  • Niche products or services that would enhance the performance of DHS programs will also be considered.
