Question:  How do I establish an id and password to access the system:
Answer:  You need to send an email to Dakari Montague 
Question: Once I have received my id and password, how do I access the program?
Answer:  Once you have gone into the web address, click on Login on the side bar and enter your user id/password.  This will take you into the system. 
Question: What is the User Profile link on the side bar used for?
Answer:  The User Profile link is provided to make any changes/updates to the user's profile on-line. For example, if their phone number or email address changes, this is where the information would be updated.
Question:  In the Current Data Entry section, what is the "Key" used for?
Answer: The "Key" is a link that when chosen provides the definitions of the abbreviated business types that are located in the Dollars Subcontracted to Lower Tier Business portion of this section.
Question:  How often do large business subcontractor's report their achievements?
Answer: Monthly.
Question:  Can a Small Business qualify for more than one category?
Answer: Yes, a Small Business' achievements should be counted in all of the appropriate categories e.g. A WOSDB HUBZone Small Business should be counted in SB, WOSB, SDB and HUBZone
Question:  What is the definition of Incumbent?
Answer: A small business at the prime or subcontract level, currently providing service/product to the Navy/Marine Corps that may be impacted by NMCI.
Question:  How does a large business fill in the small business detail sheet?
Answer: Fill in Section B: Small Business Detail by Site on the Current Data Entry Sheet. Fields to complete are the Small Business name, address including zip code, work location address and zip code, incumbent status, incumbent sites previously supported and revenue.
